The original Chuck Wagon Restaurant opened more than 50 years ago on the corner of Sunset Drive and 117th Avenue... In the early 1980's, around 1981, the Chuck Wagon Restaurant moved to it's current location with the opening of "The Dade Western Center"... "The Dade Western Center" originally had Sunset Farm and Feed, Chuck Wagon Restaurant and a Gerneral Store at the location... Back then, customers would show up on horse back and have a bite to eat... Currently, Sunset Farm and Feed store and the Chuck Wagon Restaurant are all that exist of "The Dade Western Center"...

Over the years we have been fortunate to provide excellent home styled cooking to serve our customers... Our chefs and line cooks get up at the break of day to create a truely hand crafted menu of items... All of are entrees are created using recipes that have been passed down over the years, and we also continue to create new recipes that meet our customer's needs and desires... Here at Chuck Wagon we strive for perfection in the creation of our dishes...

Along side of our quality home styled entrees, we strive to provide our customers with excellent service in the delivery of their items... All our staff are professional and go out of the way to make every customer feel right at home... On the rare occasion, our staff will dress up in period costumes, depending on the occasion, to entertain our customers to provide a joyful and stress-free environment... Here at Chuck Wagon we want everybody to leave the stress behind of everyday life and enjoy good company and good food...

Over the years of providing quality home cooking for our customers we continue to grow, just as Miami has grown, but we still continue to provide staples of Americana Cuisine for our cutomers... In addition to our home cooked Americana Cuisine we offer pan cubano and cafe' con leche as well as many vegitarian frendly entrees such as our wide array of salads...
